IMPORTANT MESSAGE – VISITATION UPDATE

Visitation is currently available for residents on all units except those newly admitted who have not been vaccinated.  Visitor must sign in at the kiosk and visitation must occur outside or in a common area.  No visitation is allowed in the resident room without permission from the director of nursing or the administrator.  Visitors must wear a mask at all times regardless of their vaccination status.

Grandview Nursing and Rehab has been working diligently to follow the infection controls processes outlined by the federal and state governments related to COVID-19. In spite of our best efforts, the facility has incurred several cases of the disease, both symptomatic and asymptomatic. Here is a summary as of the above date of our current situation:

We have 0 active employee cases of COVID-19, our cumulative total is 96.
We have 0 active employee cases with a new onset of respiratory symptoms in the last 72 hours.
We have 0 active resident cases of COVID-19, our cumulative total is 155.
We have 0 active residents with a new onset of respiratory symptoms in the last 72 hours.
