Dining At Grandview

At Grandview, we’re proud of our food service. We know that a vital component of a resident’s care involves good nutrition, and one of the most important factors in ensuring that residents’ nutritional needs are met is to provide them with a variety of great-tasting, aromatic, visually appealing, nutritionally balanced meal and snack options.

Each day, Grandview’s on-site chef, registered dietitian, and kitchen staff work together to offer residents a selection of delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that are served to residents in bright, attractive dining rooms throughout the facility.

To ensure that Grandview’s meal selections appeal to a wide range of palettes, residents have direct input into the meal-planning process through a menu-planning committee. Committee members meet monthly to discuss their favorite foods and recipes, ensuring that a variety of flavors, textures, and cultural and ethnic foods are offered.

If a resident decides he or she would like something different than what a particular day’s menu has to offer, he or she has the option of ordering from a substitute menu of popular offerings that the Grandview kitchen has available daily.
