Founded by the Boone family in 1979 and boasting a dedicated staff of many who have been a part of our caregiving team for more than two decades, Grandview is recognized for its signature warmth, family atmosphere and genuine sense of caring.
Conveniently located within a mile of Geisinger Medical Center, we are proud to be one of their few preferred partners in the state, and are leveraging their resources to deliver a new generation of clinical excellence. Their Dialysis Center just down the road is a tremendous convenience for our residents in need of dialysis – who can be easily transported next door!
Whether you’re facing cardiac, orthopedic or pulmonary issues, we offer the most comprehensive rehabilitation services in the area with therapies delivered daily. Our center features a constant physician presence and we are excited to be introducing Telemedicine in the near future! To foster wound healing, we have two dedicated wound care nurses on our staff and a wound care nurse practitioner rounds weekly.
To enhance the comfort of our post-acute patients and nurture their wellbeing, our center features a dedicated Subacute Pavilion with 30 rooms and a wide array of amenities including a beauty salon, spacious lounges and family rooms, and scenic grounds.
